摘  要:针对目前支架液压系统故障诊断中获取故障数据较难等问题,提出了一种基于故障模拟仿真的支架液压系统故障诊断方法。在分析支架液压系统工作原理和常见故障的基础上,利用AMESim软件对其常见故障工况进行模拟仿真并采集样本数据,采用BP神经网络的故障诊断算法通过MATLAB软件进行故障仿真训练和诊断测试。结果表明,该方法具有较高准确性和可靠性,达到了预期目标,可用于支架液压系统的故障诊断,并为进一步开展支架液压系统智能故障诊断和健康监测奠定了研究基础。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to obtain fault data in the fault diagnosis of support hydraulic system,a fault diagnosis method based on fault simulation is proposed.Based on the analysis of the working principle and common faults of the support hydraulic system,AMESim software is used to simulate the common fault conditions of the support hydraulic system and collect sample data.The fault diagnosis algorithm of BP neural network is used to carry out fault simulation training and diagnosis test through MATLAB software.The diagnosis results show that the method has high accuracy and reliability,achieves the expected goal.It can be used in the fault diagnosis of support hydraulic system and lay a research foundation for further intelligent fault diagnosis and health monitoring of support hydraulic system.
