基于《黄帝内经》相关理论探讨淋巴水肿的临证研究

摘　　要：目的基于基础理论,探析淋巴水肿的临证研究。方法结合《黄帝内经》相关理论,系统分析淋巴水肿的基本病因病机,分析淋巴水肿的临证治疗。结果从诸湿肿满,皆属于脾,诸病水液,澄澈清冷,皆属于寒,诸病胕肿,痛酸惊骇,皆属于火,孤精于内,气耗于外,几方面展开探讨,总结临证治疗经验。结论淋巴水肿属于水肿及脉痹范畴,本病从虚实两端来辨析,治疗从脾肾亏虚,血瘀痰凝入手,通过平治于权衡,祛菀陈莝,微动四极,温衣,缪刺其处,开鬼门,洁净府,达到综合治疗的效果。Objective To study the clinical study of lymphedema based on basic theory. Methods Based on " Huangdi’s internal classic " theory,the basic theory and the clinical treatment of lymphedema were analyzed systematically. Results Several aspects of the opinion are discussed,and the experiences of clinical treatment are summed up. From all dampness syndromes with swelling and fullness are ascribed to the spleen,all thin,clear and watery dischange is ascribed to cold;all illnesses with swelling and aching of the instep and metal strain are ascribed to fire. Conclusion Lymphedema is in edema and pulse paralysis category,the disease should be analyzed at both ends ofthe spleen and kidney deficiency and phlegm retention with blood stasis. Treatment from balance therapy,innovation,limbs slightly active,keep warm,acupuncture,sweat,lee urineare accessible to achieve the effect of comprehensive treatment.
