PEG-rhG-CSF联合地榆升白片治疗乳腺癌化疗后粒细胞减少症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究地榆升白片联合聚乙二醇化重组人粒细胞刺激因子(PEG-rhG-CSF)治疗乳腺癌化疗后粒细胞减少症的疗效。方法:选取58例乳腺癌化疗后粒细胞减少患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各29例。对照组患者进行PEG-rhG-CSF治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合地榆升白片治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的发热持续时间(6.32±1.28)d,低于对照组患者的(10.17±1.25)d(t=11.588,P=0.001);观察组患者粒细胞缺乏持续时间(5.13±1.15)d,低于对照组患者的(8.47±1.14)d(t=11.108,P=0.001);观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),症状积分、PEG-rhG-CSF使用量和使用次数均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:地榆升白片联合PEG-rhG-CSF治疗乳腺癌化疗后粒细胞减少的临床疗效较好,可快速有效缓解患者临床症状,减少PEG-rhG-CSF使用量,安全性高。Objective:To explore the efficacy of Diyu Shengbai tablets combined with PEG-rhG-CSF in the treatment of neutropenia after breast cancer chemotherapy.Methods:58 cases of breast cancer patients with neutropenia after chemotherapy in our hospital were selected according to the random number table method,29 cases in the control group were treated with PEG-rhG-CSF,and 29 cases in the study group were treated with Diyushengbai tablets to compare the treatment effects.Results:The duration of fever in the observation group(6.32±1.28)d was lower than that in the control group(10.17±1.25)d,which was statistically significant(t=11.588,P=0.001);the duration of agranulocytosis in the observation group was(5.13±1.15)d lower In the control group(8.47±1.14)d,and there was statistical significance(t=11.108,P=0.001).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the symptom score,PEG-rhG-CSF usage and frequency of use were all lower than those of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Diyushengbai tablet combined with PEG-rhG-CSF has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of neutropenia after breast cancer chemotherapy.It can quickly and effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the use of PEG-rhG-CSF,and has high safety.
