摘 要:为了改善六相永磁同步电机的控制性能及器件损耗,提出了一种优化开关频率的多矢量合成模型预测电流控制方式。利用基波与谐波子空间矢量作用特性合成虚拟电压矢量,降低谐波电流;针对合成矢量开关频率多变,对电压矢量组合等效替代优化;结合零矢量运用无差拍电流控制计算占空比,经脉冲宽度调制优化开关频率,易于实现。仿真结果表明该方法有效抑制了谐波电流,证明了优化开关频率的有效性及可行性。In order to improve the control performance and device loss of six-phase PMSM,a multi-vector synthesis model predictive current control method was proposed to optimize the switching frequency.The virtual voltage vector was synthesized by the action characteristics of fundamental wave and harmonic subspace vector to reduce harmonic current.For the variable switching frequency of synthetic vector,the equivalent alternative optimization of voltage vector combination was carried out,the duty cycle was calculated by deadbeat current control combined with zero vector,and the switching frequency was optimized by pulse width modulation,which was easy to realize.The simulation results show that the method can effectively suppress the harmonic current and prove the effectiveness and feasibility of optimizing the switching frequency.
