摘 要:企业内部创业是企业发展的一个主要途径。随着企业的不断成长,形成了组织惰性,组织惰性的不断增强,从企业文化、战略变革、流程再造和创新行为等方面对企业内部创业战略形成了消极的影响。通过分析其影响作用机理,通过建立异质性文化氛围、高层管理团队(TMT)认知升级和开放自主的管理风格、注重开放探索式学习和知识结构和建立企业内部创业管理机构等路径克服组织惰性,激发企业内部创业战略活力,进而推动企业创新,促进企业的可持续发展。Entrepreneurship within an enterprise is a major way of enterprise development.With the continuous growth of the enterprise,organizational inertia has been formed,and the organizational inertia has been continuously enhanced,which has negatively affected the internal entrepreneurial strategy of the enterprise from aspects of corporate culture,strategic change,process reengineering and innovative behavior.By analyzing the mechanism of its impact,through the establishment of heterogeneous cultural atmosphere,TMT cognitive upgrade and open and independent management style,focus on open and exploratory learning and knowledge structure and the establishment of internal entrepreneurial management institutions to overcome organizational inertia and stimulate internal enterprise Entrepreneurial strategy vitality,and then promote enterprise innovation and promote sustainable development of enterprises.
