摘 要:目的分析新冠肺炎疫情期间居民心理状态的影响因素,探讨食疗养生行为与心理状态的相关性,提出后疫情时代心理健康调适的建议与措施。方法通过网络随机抽取研究对象,采用自行设计的问卷对居民新冠肺炎疫情期间生活及心理状态、对食疗养生的认知与选择意向进行调查。结果调查对象的心理状态与居住地、职业、饮食方式相关,对食疗养生预防传染病的认知与居住地、职业、饮食习惯相关,对食疗养生的选择意向与心理状态相关(均P<0.05)。17.40%的被调查对象自觉在新冠肺炎疫情期间存在焦虑情绪,焦虑人群中99.00%认为食疗养生能带来快乐。存在焦虑情绪的人群中最受欢迎的食疗养生方式为药膳,其次为药茶和花茶;最受欢迎的食疗知识为养生保健食谱。结论浙江省外、非医务工作者、饮食统一派送的人群在新冠肺炎疫情期间易产生焦虑情绪,存在焦虑情绪的人群对食疗养生的选择意向强,在后疫情时代,应加强食疗养生相关内容的健康宣传,满足大众对食疗养生的需求。Objective By analyzing the factors influencing the psychological state of the residents during the new coronary pneumonia epidemic,to explore the correlation between dietetic life-nourishing behavior and psychological state,and then put forward recommendations and measures for mental health adjustment in the post-epidemic era.Methods A group of research subjects were randomly selected through the Internet and were surveyed using a self-designed questionnaire on the living and psychological status of residents during the COVID-19,as well as their knowledge of and intention to choose dietetic life-nourishing.Results The psychological state of the respondents was related to their residence,occupation as well as diet.The awareness that dietetic life-nourishing can prevent infectious diseases was also related to residence,occupation,and diet.There was a relationship between the dietetic life-nourishing intentions and the psychological state(all P<0.05).17.40%of the respondents perceived themselves to be anxious during the COVID-19,and 99.00%of the anxious population believed that dietetic life-nourishing could bring happiness.The most popular dietary regimen among people with anxiety was medicinal diets,followed by medicinal tea and scented tea.The health and wellness recipes were the most popular dietetic knowledge.Conclusions People outside of Zhejiang province,non-medical workers,and those with unified food delivery were prone to anxiety during the COVID-19.People experiencing anxiety had an intense intention to choose a dietetic life-nourishing.In the post-epidemic era,health promotion related to dietetic life-nourishing should be enhanced to meet the demand for food therapy and health care among the general public.
