年度城市居民出行小样本调查及主要应用——以厦门市为例

摘　　要：当前我国尚处于快速城市化阶段,城市规划建设年度变化较大,五年一次的居民出行大调查难以准确把握不断变化的城市交通特征,使得近期交通专项规划缺少精准的定量支撑。本文结合厦门市实践经验,提出年度居民出行小样本调查法。结合城市近期建设设计年度居民出行小样本调查方案,并运用数据扩样和融合分析方法;持续五年跟踪分析居民出行方式、出行距离和时耗、出行空间分布等主要居民出行特征。并给出了居民出行小样本调查在现状交通模型维护、交通政策研究和重点区域交通分析等方面的重要应用。这种年度居民出行小样本调查的模式较好解决了两次居民出行大调查之间交通特征持续跟踪问题,很好服务了城市交通规划建设工作,对其他城市具有较好参考价值。At present,China is still in the stage of rapid urbanization.The annual changes in urban planning and construction are large.It is difficult to accurately grasp the ever-changing urban transportation characteristics in the survey of residents’trips every five years,which makes the recent special transportation planning lack accurate quantitative support.Based on Xiamen’s practical experience,this article proposes a small sample survey of annual residents’travel.Firstly,according to the recent construction of the city,a small sample survey plan for annual residents’travel is proposed in detail,and data expansion and fusion analysis methods are proposed.Secondly,the five-year follow-up analysis of the residents’travel characteristics,travel distance and time consumption,and travel space distribution Finally,the important applications of small sample surveys of residents’travel in the maintenance of current traffic models,traffic policy research,and traffic analysis in key areas are introduced.This small sample survey of annual residents’travels better solves the problem of continuous tracking of traffic characteristics between two large surveys of residents’travels,and it serves the urban transportation planning and construction work well,and has good reference value for other cities.
