香砂六君子汤加减辅助治疗胃溃疡的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨香砂六君子汤加减方辅助治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法抽取2017年8月至2019年7月在濮阳市人民医院治疗的胃溃疡患者84例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采取常规四联疗法;观察组在此基础上联合采取香砂六君子汤加减治疗。对比两组患者的治疗有效率、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率、主要中医症状积分及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、一氧化氮(NO)水平。结果观察组总有效率为95.24%,Hp根除率为88.10%,高于对照组的78.57%、69.05%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的返酸、烧心、上腹痛、胃胀积分均低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组NO、IL-6水平[(32.03±3.36)μmol/L、(102.52±16.68)pg/ml]低于对照组[(39.40±4.06)μmol/L、(128.68±18.77)pg/ml],P<0.05。结论对胃溃疡患者使用香砂六君子汤加减方辅助治疗可提高临床疗效及Hp根除率,缓解炎症反应,保护胃黏膜,应用效果良好。Objective To investigate the effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 84 gastric ulcer patients treated in Puyang People’s Hospital from August 2017 to July 2019 were selected.And selected patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional quadruple therapy.While patients in the observation group were given Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on this basis.The effective rate of the treatment,Helicobacter pylori(Hp)eradication rate,main Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom scores and interleukin-6(IL-6)and nitric oxide(NO)levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and Hp eradication rate of the observation group were 95.24%and 88.10%,respectively,higher than the 78.57%and 69.05%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of acid reflux,heartburn,epigastric pain and gastric distension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NO and IL-6 in the observation group were(32.03±3.36)μmol/L and(102.52±16.68)pg/ml,respectively,which were lower than the(39.40±4.06)μmol/L and(128.68±18.77)pg/ml in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The adjuvant treatment of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction for patients with gastric ulcer can improve the clinical efficacy and Hp eradication rate,alleviate inflammation,and protect the gastric mucosa.The application effect is good.
