摘  要:目的:基于网络药理学探讨李氏溃结方(KJF)治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的机制。方法:利用网络药理学及分子对接技术对KJF治疗IBS的分子机制进行研究。结果:KJF中含有141种化合物与IBS有关,对应86个疾病交集靶点。通过GO和KEGG富集以及分子对接研究发现,KJF通过控制炎症及感染、调节内分泌和神经敏化等方面达到缓解IBS症状的目的。分子对接结果表明,KJF中含有的关键化合物豆甾醇与AKT1、EGFR、IL10和VEGFA具有较强的结合能力,在疾病的治疗中发挥重要作用。结论:本研究为未来进一步综合且全面的研究KJF的作用机制奠定理论基础,为中医治疗IBS提供参考。Objective:To investigate Lishi-Kuijie decoction(KJF)in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)based on network pharmacology.Methods:The network pharmacology and molecular docking technologies were employed to investigate the molecular mechanism of KJF in the treatment of IBS.Results:141 compounds were found in the KJF,corresponding to 86 disease intersection targets,related with IBS.With the results of GO enrichment,KEGG,the alleviation strategy of IBS in KJF can be attributed to the regulation of inflammation,infection,endocrine and nerve sensitization.Molecular docking results showed that stigmasterol,a key compound in KJF,had strong binding activity with AKT1,EGFR,IL10 and VEGFA,which plays an important role in the treatment of disease.Conclusion:This work can provide the theoretical foundation for the further understanding the drug action of KJF and a feasible reference for the treatment of IBS by traditional Chinese medicine.
