摘　　要：学科深度融合、科技快速发展给应用型统计学专业人才培养提出了新的任务和挑战,调整和优化现行统计学专业人才培养方案以适应大数据时代的发展迫在眉睫。本文分析了当前统计学专业人才培养的不足和亟须改进之处,并据此结合社会对应用型统计学专业人才的需求,从计算机类和数学类课程在统计专业人才培养中的定位、实习实训对统计学专业人才培养的重要性、复合型应用统计人才培养等视角探讨了统计学专业人才培养方案的改革方向。Applied statistics professional talent cultivation puts forward new tasks and challenges for the different subjects'fusion and rapid development of science and technology.It is imminent to adjust and optimize the current statistical professional talent training scheme to adapt to the era of big data.This paper analyzes the lack and what needs to be improved of current statistics professional talents.Then the direction of reform for the professional talent training scheme is discussed from the perspective of computer and mathematics courses,the importance of practice in talent cultivation,composite application statistics talent,and so on.
