摘  要:植物生理生化实验技术是农业院校植物生产类各专业本科生的专业基础必修课程,在学生的科研素质培养和知识构架充实中占有重要地位。本文以该课程为例,对"双主"教学模式进行了实践与探讨,打造了一种强化课前预习环节,并基于微助教平台构建高效、即时的师生互动课堂,以传递基础知识、培养实验技能和提升科研素质为目标的教学模式。该教学模式充分发挥学生主体积极性和主动性。教师转变为教学导师通过互动效果灵活掌控、深度调控教学进度和内容。该教学模式提高了实验课效率,提升了教学效果。Plant physiology and biochemistry experiment is the major course for undergraduates majored in plant production of agricultural university,and plays an important role in the cultivation of their scientific research quality and the enrichment of the knowledge framework.Taking it as an example,the research and practice of the double-center teaching mode have been carried out.Through strengthening the pre-class preview,using micro-teaching assistant,an efficient and instant teacher-student interactive classroom has been built to achieve the teaching processes of basic knowledge teaching,experimental skills training and scientific research quality improving.In this teaching mode,the enthusiasm and initiative of students are fully exerted,and the teacher is transformed into a professional tutor who can flexibly and deeply control teaching progress and content based on the interactive effect.Thus,it is a powerful measure to improve the efficiency of the experimental class and the teaching effect.
