摘　　要：采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜等对SWRCH50K拉拔扁条断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:SWRCH50K扁条拉拔断裂原因是原线材表面增碳。针对此类表面增碳,提出了相应的改进措施。The fracture causes of SWRCH50 K flat bar were analyzed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy and so on.The results showed that the fracture cause was surface carbonation of the original wire.In view of this kind of surface carbonation,corresponding technical improvement measures were proposed.
