据全元起本《素问》校正通行本四篇错简

摘　　要：《素问》从汉代传承至今,难免存在不少错简现象。历代整理者虽有所校正,但由于通行本《素问》经王冰改易,与早期的全元起本在编次上有很大差距,有失《素问》原貌。根据段逸山先生辑复之全元起本《素问》,发现了通行本《素问》中的不少错简,并举例加以分析,从而指出全元起本《素问》对于《内经》学术源流和成编过程的研究意义甚大,中医学界有必要对其学术价值重新加以认识与评估。From the Han dynasty to the present, Su Wen(《素问》Basic Questions) has been handed down for more than 2000 years, so it is inevitable that some texts are misplaced. Although some of them were corrected by scholars before, the arrangement of the current version of Basic Questions is still different from that of Quan Yuanqi’s version because of the great changes made by Wang Bing. According to Quan Yuanqi’s version restored by Prof. Duan Yishan, this paper puts forward that there are a lot of misplaced texts in the current version of Basic Questions and analyzes some texts. This paper suggests that Quan Yuanqi’s version is significant to the research on the academic origin and the compilation process of Huang Di Nei Jing(《黄帝内经》Huangdi’s Internal Classic). Therefore, the scholars of traditional Chinese medicine need to re-recognize and re-evaluate its academic value.
