摘　　要：目的探讨ARID1a和HMLH1在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及意义。方法选取子宫内膜癌患者94例,收集癌灶组织与癌旁组织(包括正常子宫内膜及子宫内膜非典型增生)。采用免疫组化学法测定不同病灶组织中ARID1a与HMLH1蛋白阳性率,分析与临床病理特征的关系。结果子宫内膜癌病灶组织中ARID1a、HMLH1蛋白阳性率低于子宫内膜非典型增生(P<0.05);癌旁组织中正常组织与子宫内膜非典型增生ARID1a、HMLH1蛋白阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);子宫内膜癌组织中ARID1a、HMLH1蛋白表达与分化类型、肿瘤分期具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与年龄、肿瘤部位、肿瘤直径及肌层浸润深度无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ARID1a及HMLH1蛋白均可以在子宫内膜癌中缺失表达,检测两个蛋白表达对诊断早期子宫内膜样腺癌有一定的辅助诊断意义。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of ARID1a and HMLH1 in endometrial carcinoma.Methods 94 cases of endometrial carcinoma were selected included the focus tissue and paracancerous tissue(normal endometrium and atypical hyperplasia of endometrium).The expression of ARID1a and HMLH1 in different lesions were detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship and clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results The positive rate of ARID1a and HMLH1 protein in endometrial cancer focus tissue were significant lower than that in paracancerous tissue(P<0.05),the positive rate of ARID1a and HMLH1 protein in normal paracancerous tissue and atypical hyperplasia of endometrium were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The expression of ARID1a and HMLH1 protein in endometrial cancer tissue,the differentiation type and tumor stage were statistically significant(P>0.05).And there was no significant difference with age,tumor location,tumor diameter and depth of myometrial invasion(P>0.05).Conclusion Both ARID1a and HMLH1 can be absent in early endometrial carcinoma.Detection of the two proteins is helpful in the diagnosis of early endometrial adenocarcinoma.
