连锁零售上市公司经营绩效影响因素分析

摘　　要：以沪深A股40家连锁零售上市公司为研究样本,文章运用多元线性回归模型、相关性分析和SPSS16.0软件对其经营绩效的影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明:经营绩效与资本结构具有显著的负因果关系;经营绩效与成长能力具有显著的正因果关系;经营绩效与公司规模具有显著的正因果关系;经营绩效与营运能力之间不存在显著的线性关系;经营绩效与股权集中度之间不具有显著的线性关系。Taking 40 chain retail listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets as research samples,this paper used multiple linear regression model,correlation analysis and SPSS16.0 software to empirically analyze the factors affecting their business performance.The results showed that:there was a significant negative causal relationship between business performance and capital structure.There was a significant positive causal relationship between business performance and growth ability.There was a significant positive causal relationship between business performance and company size.There was no significant linear relationship between operating performance and operating capability.There was no significant linear relationship between business performance and ownership concentration.
