摘 要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取1,8-桉叶素-松油醇型互叶白千层花和枝叶的挥发性成分,用GC-MS和GC法测定不同部位的挥发油成分和单萜对映体分配。结果表明,同一时期的花和枝叶的挥发油得油率和旋光度表现为枝叶>花,折光指数和化学成分基本一致,化学成分的含量差异小。4月和8月的枝叶挥发油成分一致,含量差异不大。花和枝叶挥发油中单萜的对映体分配间差异不大。Volatile components from flowers and leaves of Melaleuca alternifolia of 1,8-cineole-terpineol type were extracted by steam distillation.GC-MS and GC methods were applied to identify the components and enantiomer distribution of volatile oils from different parts of M.alternifolia.Results showed that oil yield and optical rotation of volatile oil from flowers and leaves in the same period was leaves>flowers,and refractive index and chemical composition were basically the same.There was not much difference in contents of chemical components.The components of volatile oil from leaves in April and August were the same and the content difference was not large.Differences between enantiomer distributions of flowers and leaves were little.
