摘  要:为了提高茶叶杀青机的温度控制性能,改善常规PID控制参数整定不良、控制精度差等缺陷,提出了将SOA-PID控制应用到茶叶杀青机温度控制系统中。在常规PID控制的基础上,结合茶叶杀青机温度控制系统的数学模型,利用SOA算法整定得到优化的PID控制参数,并利用MATLAB对常规PID和SOA-PID控制进行仿真对比实验。实验结果显示,在保证控制精度的前提下,SOA-PID控制能够提高温度控制的稳定速度,缩短温度控制的调节时间,增强温度控制的抗干扰能力。SOA-PID控制下的茶叶杀青机温度控制系统的控制性能明显优于常规PID控制,能较好的满足茶叶杀青工艺对温度的控制要求,保证茶叶的杀青效果,具备了应用到实际杀青加工中的条件。In order to improve the temperature control properties of the tea water-removing machine and improve the defects such as poor tuning of conventional PID control parameters and poor control accuracy,it is proposed to apply SOA-PID to the temperature control system of the tea water-removing machine.On the basis of conventional PID control,SOA was used to tune the optimized PID control parameters,and then use MATLAB to conduct comparative simulation experiments on conventional PID and SOA-PID control,combined with the transfer function of the temperature control system of the tea water-removing machine.The experiment show that SOA-PID control can improve the stable speed of temperature control and shorten the time of temperature control and enhance the anti-interference ability of temperature control under the premise of ensuring control accuracy.The temperature control performance of the tea water-removing machine controlled by SOA-PID is obviously better than that of conventional PID control,it can better fulfill the temperature control demand of the tea water-removing process,ensure the effect of tea water-removing,and have the conditions to be applied to the tea water-removing process.
