摘　　要：汽车消声器内组件隆脊是对消声管局部金属进行拉伸变形,将隔板与消声管通过塑性变形连接在一起的内组件组装工艺。汽车消声器内组件隆脊装置是根据用户需求专门研制的,该设备采用伺服电机、PLC控制,提升了系统的工作可靠性、运行的稳定性和零件的加工精度,实现了生产自动化,提高了生产效率,减轻了工人劳动强度。内组件采用隆脊制造,消除了污染耗能的焊接工艺,真正做到了绿色环保、节能高效的生产,既有经济效益又有社会效益。Automotive muffler internal component ridge is an internal component assembly process in which local metal of the muffler is stretched and deformed and the baffle and the muffler are connected together by plastic deformation.The auto muffler assembly ridge device is specially developed according to the user's demand.The device adopts servo motor and PLC control to improve the system's working reliability,operation stability and machining accuracy,realize production automation,improve production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers.The internal components are made of ridges,eliminating the pollution and energy consumption of the welding process,truly achieve green environmental protection,energy saving and efficient production,both economic and social benefits.
