基于都市农业发展的校企合作新模式探索——以宁波大学科学技术学院与慈溪新田地农业公司合作为例

摘　　要：都市农业是现代农业发展的必然趋势,为促进慈溪都市农业的快速发展,宁波大学科学技术学院与当地企业进行了紧密合作。阐述了校企合作过程中所采取的主要措施和模式,同时对都市农业发展过程中存在问题进行了分析,并提出了加强多渠道资金的引入、多学科多技能人才的融合及农场多种功能的开发等对策建议。这些措施有助于将新田地农业有限公司打造成符合要求的新型都市农场、促进慈溪农业协调健康发展。Urban agriculture is an inevitable trend of modern agriculture development.In order to promote the rapid development of Cixi urban agriculture,close cooperation between college and local enterprise is established.This paper elaborates the main measures and models adopted during college-enterprise cooperation,analyzes the existing problems during urban agriculture development.Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as introducing multi-channel funds,attracting multi-disciplinary and multi-skilled talents and developing multiple functions of the farm.All these measures will help to build Xintiandi agricultural company into a new mode of urban farm as required,and promote the coordinated and healthy development of Cixi agriculture.
