摘 要:目前植物组织培养技术在离体快繁、脱毒苗育种、人工种子培育、种质资源的保存与交换等方面均有所应用且效果较好。将植物组织培养技术应用到马铃薯的工厂化育苗中,能够实现马铃薯新型培育方式的推广。本文对植物组织培养技术在马铃薯育种、离体快繁、脱毒苗培育等方面的应用现状及存在问题进行了总结归纳,并对马铃薯在脱毒培养过程中的污染源及防治措施进行了分析,以期为马铃薯组培技术的应用提供参考。Plant tissue culture technology has been applied in rapid propagation in vitro,breeding of virus-free seedlings,artificial seeds breeding,preservation and exchange of germplasm resources and so on,and the effects are good.The application of plant tissue culture technology in the industrialized cultivation of potato seedlings can realize the popularization and application of new potato cultivation methods.This paper summarized the application status and existing problems of plant tissue culture in potato breeding,rapid propagation in vitro,virus-free seedling cultivation and other aspects,and analyzed the pollution sources and control measures in the process of potato virus-free culture,in order to provide reference for the research of potato tissue culture technology.
