摘  要:基于三维海量无组织无人机LiDAR点云,针对山区输电线到周围场景高差变化大、输电线倾角大等特点,提出一种由粗到精的输电线提取算法.试验结果表明,该算法提取山区输电线准确率高、适用性强.The UAV LiDAR has the characteristics of convenient take-off and landing,low operating cost.UAV LiDAR point cloud can be measured directly.UAV LiDAR has become an important remote sensing device for power line inspection in mountain areas.Based on the three-dimensional massive and unstructured UAV LiDAR point cloud,a coarse-to-fine power line extraction algorithm is proposed.The algorithm can handle the situation for the characteristics of large variation of the height from power line to the surrounding scene and large dip angle of the power line in mountainous areas.The experiment proves that the algorithm extracts mountain power lines with high accuracy and applicability.
