摘　　要：为测定水体环境中抗生素残留量,合成环糊精磁性埃洛石(Fe3O4@β-CD/HNTs)作为固相萃取剂萃取抗生素后进行高效液相色谱法分析.在优化的实验条件下,对4种四环素类抗生素分析结果表明:土霉素的检测线性范围为0.10~10.0μg·mL^-1,检出限为0.052μg·mL^-1;四环素的检测线性范围为0.20~10.0μg·mL^-1,检出限为0.022μg·mL^-1;金霉素的检测线性范围为0.10~10.0μg·mL^-1,检出限为0.090μg·mL^-1;强力霉素的检测线性范围为0.20~10.0μg·mL^-1,检出限为0.061μg·mL^-1.实验证实本文方法方便、快捷、具有较高经济性和可行性.In order to determine the residual amount of antibiotics in the water environment,cyclodextrin magnetic composites(Fe3O4@β-CD/HNTs)are used as solid phase extraction agent to extract the antibiotics and then analyzed by HPLC.With the optimum extraction conditions,the separation and analysis of four antibiotics are realized.The results show that the linear range of oxytetracycline is 0.10 to 10.00 μg·mL^-1,and the detection limit is 0.052 μg·mL^-1;the linear range of tetracycline is 0.20 to 10.00 μg·mL^-1,and the detection limit is 0.022 μg·mL^-1;the linear range of chlortetracycline is 0.10 to 10.00 μg·mL^-1,and the detection limit is 0.090 μg·mL-1;the linear range of doxycycline is 0.20~10.00 μg· mL^-1,and the detection limit is 0.061 μg·mL^-1.The test results show that the method is convenient,fast and has the advantages of high economy and feasibility.
