摘 要:建立网络信息化支持的绩效考核管理模式已成为现代医院管理的方向,它融入了医院管理新理念,是医院在新形势下实现可持续发展的基础。南华大学附属长沙中心医院通过引进BI智能商务系统,整合了HIS、PACS、病案系统等多个系统数据,能对海量的运行数据自动抓取;管理者可以通过客户端实时监控,实现网络信息自动传递,职能部门(考核部门)及被考核单元均通过网络用户权限个性化设置共享数据,多项工作都能借助于集成化网络平台得以实现。The establishment of performance appraisal management mode supported by network information has become the direction of modern hospital management.It integrates the new concept of hospital management and is the basis for the hospital to achieve sustainable development in the new situation.Our hospital introduces Bi intelligent business system,which integrates the data of his,PACS,medical record system and other systems,which can automatically capture the massive operation data.The manager can realize the automatic transmission of network information through the real-time monitoring of the client.The functional departments(assessment departments)and the units to be examined can share data through the personalized setting of network user rights,and much work can be done with the help of the integrated network platform is realized.
