摘 要:目的分析铁路站车销售预包装食品出现标签问题的分布特点,为制定有针对性的管控措施提供科学依据。方法采用分层抽样的方式,对全国国有铁路站车销售预包装食品标签进行现场拍照,上传至有关机构由专人进行筛选、识别与评估,填入设计好的调查表,进行统计分析。结果共采集样本6 656份,筛选后识别样本5 099份;标签问题率为17.10%(872/5 099);车站样本问题率显著高于列车,车站样本问题率为19.70%;不知名品牌问题率较高,为25.62%;国际知名品牌中,进口产品标签问题率显著高于国内生产产品;样本量较多的18个食品种类中,茶叶及相关制品问题率显著高于14类食品,罐头类、水产品和方便制品问题率显著高于12类食品。结论预包装食品标签问题率呈现"站大于车"的特点;标签问题率与品牌知名度有关,不知名品牌标签问题突出;国际知名品牌中,进口食品标签问题较国内生产食品严重;茶叶及相关制品、罐头类、水产品和方便制品标签问题较为突出。Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of labeling problems of prepackaged food in railway station and train sales,and provide scientific basis for targeted control measures.Methods A stratified sampling was used to take on-site photographs of labels for prepackaged food sold at stations and on trains of China Railway,and uploaded them to relevant agency for screening,identification and evaluation by professionals,then studied statistically with designed questionnaires.Results A total of 6656 samples were collected,of which 5099 were recognized.The non-standard rate was 17.10%(872/5099).The rate of non-standard label of station samples were significantly higher than trains,the rate of station samples was 19.70%.The unfamed brand was higher with a rate of 25.62%.Among the international famous brands,imported products had significantly higher non-standard rate than that of domestic ones.Among 18 kinds of food with large sample size,the non-standard rate of tea and related products was significantly higher than that of 14 kinds of food,and that of canned,aquatic and convenient products was significantly higher than that of 12 kinds of food.Conclusion The non-standard rate of food label at stations were higher than that on trains.The non-standard rate was related to brand aw areness,and the labeling problem of unfamed brands was prominent.Among the international famous brands,the labeling problem of imported ones was more serious than that of domestic ones.The labeling problems of tea and related products,canned products,aquatic products and convenient products were more prominent.
