摘 要:试验旨在研究施氮量和留茬高度对高丹草青贮发酵品质和营养价值的影响。试验采用双因素试验设计,分别设计施氮量为0、150、300和450 N kg/hm^2,留茬高度15 cm和60 cm,共8个处理,每个处理设置3次重复。调制的青贮饲料室温贮藏180 d后开封检测青贮品质。结果表明:施氮量和留茬高度显著影响高丹草青贮饲料的发酵品质,施氮量的增加有助于改善乳酸发酵;增加留茬高度则高丹草青贮饲料pH值和氨态氮含量升高,发酵品质有所下降,但所有处理均保持良好的发酵品质水平。施氮肥可提高高丹草青贮饲料的粗蛋白和可溶性碳水化合物含量;增加留茬高度则提高了干物质、粗蛋白含量和相对饲喂价值,均有助于提高青贮饲料的营养价值。综合分析,高丹草青贮原料生产的氮肥施用量以150~300 N kg/hm^2为宜,留茬高度60cm能获得更高品质的青贮饲料。The experiment was to study the effect of nitrogen fertilization and cutting height on fermentation quality and nutritive value of Sorghum bicolor×S. sudanense. A total of eight treatments with four nitrogen fertilization levels(0, 150, 300, 450 N kg/hm^2) and two cutting height levels(15, 60 cm), were obtained using a two-factor experimental design which set three replications for each treatments. For 180 d store at room temperature of prepared silage, the silage quality was unsealed and tested. The results showed that the nitrogen fertilization and cutting height significant influence silage fermentation quality of Sorghum bicolor×S. sudanense. Increasing of nitrogen fertilization was benefit to improve lactic acid fermentation and improve fermentation quality. Increasing of cutting height was benefit to improve pH value and ammonia nitrogen content of Sorghum bicolor×S. sudanense and resulted in the decrease of fermentation quality of Sorghum bicolor×S. sudanense, but all treatments still maintained a good level of fermentation quality. Increasing of nitrogen fertilization was benefit to improve crude protein and soluble carbohydrate content. Increasing of cutting height was benefit to improve dry matter, crude protein content and relative feeding value. Increasing of nitrogen fertilization and cutting height was benefit to improve nutritional value of silage. Based on the comprehensive analysis of fermentation quality and nutritional value, the study illuminated that nitrogen fertilization level of 150~300 N kg/hm^2 and cutting height of 60 cm could obtain higher quality silage.
