腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术(TEP)治疗老年腹股沟疝患者的效果。方法:选取2016年10月至2018年1月该院收治的80例老年腹股沟疝患者进行回顾性分析,按手术方法不同分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组给予开放式无张力疝修补术治疗,研究组给予腹腔镜TEP治疗。比较两组手术相关指标水平、并发症发生率及复发情况。结果:研究组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术后疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率(5.00%)、复发率(5.00%)均低于对照组(25.00%、20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜TEP治疗老年腹股沟疝的效果良好,可有效降低术后并发症发生率,有较高的安全性。Objective:To explore effects of laparoscopic total extraperitoneal(TEP)hernia repair in treatment of elderly inguinal hernia.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 80 elderly patients with inguinal hernia admitted to the hospital from October 2016 to January 2018 was performed.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into control group and study group,each with 40 cases.The control group was treated with open tension-free hernia repair,while the study group was treated with laparoscopic TEP.The operation-related indicators,complications and recurrence rates of the two groups were compared.Results:The blood loss during the surgery in the study group was less than that in the control group;the operation time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group;the postoperative pain score was significantly lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate(5.00%)and recurrence rate(5.00%)of the study group were lower than those of the control group(25.00%,20.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Laparoscopic TEP has a good effect in the treatment of the elderly patients with inguinal hernia,which can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and has high safety.
