阿伐斯汀联合氯雷他定治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹的效果

摘　　要：目的观察慢性自发性荨麻疹患者应用阿伐斯汀联合氯雷他定片的治疗效果。方法选取本院收治的慢性自发性荨麻疹患者80例,分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例,比较2组治疗后的各项指标。结果治疗后,治疗组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的血清IgE、C3、C4水平,以及疾病复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组的最大风团显著缩小,持续发作时间缩短、瘙痒评分降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性自发性荨麻疹患者应用阿伐斯汀联合氯雷他定片,可以改善机体的炎性因子水平,缓解临床症状,降低疾病的复发率。Objective To observe the effect of avastin combined with loratadine tablets in the treatment of patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria.Methods Totally 80 patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria in our hospital were selected and divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The indicators after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.00%in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of IgE,C3 and C4 and recurrence rate of disease in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the maximum wind mass in the treatment group reduced significantly,the duration of persistent attack shortened significantly,and the pruritus score significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Avastin combined with loratadine tablets is effective in treatment of patients with chronic idiopathic urticarial,which can significantly improve the levels of inflammatory factors,relieve clinical symptoms,and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
