摘 要:基于磁控形状记忆合金(MSMA)的可逆特性,研制出一种基于MSMA为核心的自感知执行器。分别从励磁方式、永磁体材料、铁心材料等对自感知执行器的结构进行优化设计。采用有限元分析软件Ansoft Maxwell对自感知执行器的结构进行仿真分析,并对其结构进行可行性验证。由仿真结果可知:气隙处的磁通密度比优化前的自感知执行器模型的磁通密度有显著增大。优化后的模型的励磁功率比优化前也明显减小。为以后MSMA自感知执行器的应用奠定理论基础。Based on the reversible characteristics of magnetron shape memory alloy(MSMA),a self-sensing actuator based on MSMA is developed.The structure of the self-sensing actuator is optimized from the excitation method,permanent magnet material,and core material.The finite element analysis software Ansoft Maxwell is used to simulate and analyse the structure of the self-sensing actuator,and verify the feasibility of its structure.It can be seen from the simulation results that the magnetic flux density at the air gap is significantly higher than that of the self-sensing actuator model before optimization.The excitation power of the optimized model is also significantly reduced than before.It laid a theoretical foundation for the application of MSMA self-sensing actuator in the future.
