摘 要:汽车驱动桥壳支撑汽车的载重,在不同路况下受到车轮与地面间产生的冲击载荷作用,性能优劣直接影响整车的安全性、经济性、舒适性和可靠性。以HW12单级减速驱动桥的驱动桥壳为研究对象,应用SolidWorks软件对驱动桥壳进行建模,基于ANSYS Workbench软件进行静力学分析,并在满足驱动桥壳自身具有足够强度和刚度的条件下进行轻量化设计。通过驱动桥壳的轻量化设计,可以减少汽车运行中的燃料消耗,降低运行成本。The automobile driving axle housing supports the car load and is subjected to the impact load generated between the wheel and the ground under different road conditions.The performance quality directly affects the safety,economy,comfort and reliability of the car.Taking the driving axle housing of HW12 single-stage speed-reduction driving axle as the research object,the SolidWorks software was used to model the driving axle housing,and the statics analysis was carried out based on ANSYS Workbench software.And the lightweight design was carried out provided that the driving axle housing had sufficient strength and rigidity.The lightweight design of the driving axle housing can reduce fuel consumption during vehicle operation and reduce operating costs.
