摘 要:该文以Airbnb商业模式的经营案例作为研究切入点,针对该模式在市场结构、竞争策略、市场绩效维度上对于中国在线短租行业发展的借鉴效果进行具体分析,围绕深化垂直细分市场布局、建立行业统一信用标准、完善网络营销策略体系、强化在线共享平台建设四个层面,探讨了“分享经济”导向下中国在线短租行业的创新发展路径,以期为中国P2P商业模式的运营发展提供参考价值。This paper takes Airbnb business model as the research starting point, analyzes the reference effect of the model on the development of China’s online short-term renting industry in terms of market structure, competition strategy and market performance. It focuses on four aspects: 1) Deepening the vertical market segmentation layout. 2) Establishing a unified credit standard for the industry. 3) Improving the network marketing strategy system. 4) Strengthening the construction of online sharing platform. In order to provide reference value for the operation and development of China’s P2 P business model, this paper discusses the innovative development path of China’s online short-term renting industry under the guidance of "sharing economy".
