摘　　要：工业社会发展的重要动力和机制是社会组织化,后工业社会发展的重要动力和机制是组织社会化,这是因为互联网、"数字人"、数字技术和数字社会的出现开启了组织的数字进化。社会化数字组织如同水一样迅速覆盖并填补了工业社会中社会组织化的脆弱地带。在虚拟世界中,数字平台生态系统通过社会化工具赋能"数字人"建立社会化数字组织。这种新的组织类型促进了自然界、现实社会和虚拟社会的融合,体现出跨界连接性、边界模糊性和共生性的生存特征;它不仅继承了非正式组织的特征,突出了人的作用,而且在组织环境、组织结构、制度效用和交互方式等方面形成了不同于工业社会科层制组织的新特性。从社会运行的角度看,这种新的社会运行机制在不断提升社会协调效率、加速社会的组织化、增强社会的动员能力、逐渐改变工业社会运行机制的同时,冲击现代科层组织、现代职业专业化、现代社会运行机制和社会秩序,从而引发社会治理的数字变革。The important motive and mechanism of industrial society development is social systematization,but the same that of post-industrial society is organizational socialization.Because the emergence of the internet,“digital people”,digital technology and digital society has led to the digital evolution of organizations.The fragile zones of social systematization in industrial society is rapidly filled with social digital organizations.In the virtual world,the online digital platform ecosystem empowers“digital people”to build organizations by social tools.This new type of organization integrates the natural world,the social world and the virtual world,is reflecting the new characteristics of cross-border connectivity,boundary ambiguity and symbiosis.It also inherits the characteristics of informal organizations to highlight the role of people,and forms new features which are different from the modern bureaucracy in terms of organizational environment,organizational structure,institutional effectiveness and organizational interaction.The new social operation mechanism constantly improves the efficiency of social coordination,accelerates the systematization of society,and strengthens the power of social mobilization.It impacts on modern bureaucratic organization,modern professional specialization,social operation mechanism and social order while changing the mechanism of industrial society gradually,thus triggering digital revolution in social governance.
