摘　　要：针对加氢装置反应进料泵在预热阶段就发生泄漏的情况,结合泵的结构特点,分析了低压垫片泄漏原因,阐述了两个不同尺寸、不同安装位置、不同工作压力的高、低压垫片在同一个力的作用下,同时实现密封的机理和紧固方法,又对如何检验垫片是否泄漏进行了说明。In view of the leakage of the reaction feed pump of the hydrogenation unit during the preheating stage,combined with the structural characteristics of the pump,the reasons for the leakage of the low pressure gasket are analyzed,and two high and low pressures of different sizes,different installation positions,and different working pressures are explained.The gasket is under the same force to realize the sealing mechanism and fastening method at the same time,and how to check whether the gasket leaks is explained.
