11个菜薹品种在山西晋中的引种栽培试验

摘　　要：试验于2017-2018年的春、秋季共4个播期比较了11个菜薹品种间的生物学特性差异,以期筛选出适宜山西北方地区生产的菜薹品种。结果表明,春播菜薹表现较好的有金秋红二号、九月鲜红菜薹和四九菜心等;其中,金秋红二号表现最好,叶长、叶宽和株高最大,分别为18.72、7.20、43.60 cm,单株质量为603.96 g,产量为11777.25 kg/hm2,但其生育期最长,高达57 d;四九菜心和九月鲜红菜薹等产量次之。秋播菜薹表现较好的有金秋红二号、正源LN菜场2号菜心和油青粗条菜心等;其中,金秋红二号的叶宽、株高最大,分别为16.24、56.02 cm,单株质量为735.33 g,产量最高,为14338.95 kg/hm2,生育期依然最长;正源LN菜场2号菜心和油青粗条菜心的产量次之,分别为11613.00、11483.70 kg/hm2。大部分品种秋播的生育期、叶宽、叶柄长、叶柄宽、薹粗均要优于春播,其中,金秋红二号在春播和秋播中综合表现均优于其他品种,春播四九菜心和九月鲜红菜薹、秋季正源LN菜场2号菜心和油青粗条菜心表现也较好。To screen out the suitable Chinese flowering cabbage varieties for production in northern Shanxi,the biological characteristics of 11 Chinese flowering cabbage cultivars were compared in spring and autumn from 2017 to 2018.The results showed that Jinqiuhong 2,Jiuyuexianhong Chinese flowering cabbage and Sijiucaixin showed better performance in spring sowing.Among them,Jinqiuhong 2 was the best,with the largest leaf length,leaf width and plant height of 18.72,7.20,43.60 cm,respectively.The yield was also the best,with single plant quality of 603.96 g and yield of 11777.25 kg/hm2,but its growth period was the longest,up to 57 d.The yield of Sijiucaixin and Jiuyuexianhong Chinese flowering cabbage was the second.Jinqiuhong 2,Zhengyuan LN Caichang 2 and Youqingcutiaocaixin showed better performance in autumn sowing.Among them,Jinqiuhong 2 had the largest leaf width and plant height,which were 16.24 cm and 56.02 cm,respectively,and the yield was also the best,with the single plant quality of 735.33 g,the yield of 14338.95 kg/hm2,and the growth period was still the longest.Zhengyuan LN Caichang 2 and Youqingcutiaocaixin had the second highest yield,which were 11613.00,11483.70 kg/hm2,respectively.Most varieties sowing in autumn showed better than in spring at growth period,leaf width,petiole length,petiole width and floral axis.Among them,Jinqiuhong 2 was better than other varieties in spring sowing and autumn sowing.Spring sowing of Sijiucaixin and Jiuyuexianhong Chinese flowering cabbage,autumn sowing of Zhengyuan LN Caichang 2 and Youqingcutiaocaixin were also better.
