摘　　要：结合陆军军医大学第一附属医院移动医护信息化建设实践,介绍移动查房系统软件架构、网络架构、具体功能及应用优势,指出该系统可实现患者临床信息实时更新和共享,有助于提高医护人员临床决策响应能力和工作效率。Combined with the mobile medical informatization building practice of the First Hospital Affiliated Army Medical University,the paper introduces the software architecture,network architecture,specific functions and application advantages of the mobile ward round system,points out that the system can update and share the clinical information of patients in real time,which is helpful to improve the clinical decision response ability and work efficiency of medical staff.
