摘　　要：目的分析与探讨经眉下切口双平面技术治疗上睑皮肤松弛的方法与效果。方法选取40例2018年2月-2020年4月在本院接受治疗的上睑皮肤松弛患者,对其实施经眉下切口双平面技术治疗,对患者手术治疗后1周、1个月以及3个月进行随访观察。结果所选取的40例患者接受手术治疗1周后,患者双上睑治疗区域存在轻微浮肿症状,且存在皮下瘀血。对患者行手术治疗30d后复查,结果显示,上睑外观膨隆消失28例,轻度膨隆12例,手术区域瘀血与水肿症状趋于消退,患者上睑皮肤松弛症状得到明显改善。手术治疗3个月后,34例患者上睑膨隆消失,轻度膨隆这6例。接收手术3个月后,20例患者双侧上睑皮肤松弛彻底改善,12例患者改善比较显著,8例患者得到部分改善。并发泪腺脱垂的12例患者接受手术治疗3个月后,泪腺复位率达到100%。结论上睑皮肤松弛治疗应依照患者皮肤松弛程度、分型以及原有重睑情况展开个性化手术治疗,经眉下切口双平面手术能够同时处理泪腺脱垂、眶脂肪以及增生副泪腺,该治疗方法具有便于操作、手术损伤小以及术后恢复快等优势,因此值得临床治疗上睑皮肤松弛中应用与推广。Objective To analyze and discuss the method and effect of the treatment of upper eyelid skin laxity with the double plane technique through the eyebrow incision.Methods 40 cases of patients with upper eyelid skin relaxation who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to April 2020 were selected,and the patients were followed up for 1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation.Results After one week of surgical treatment,mild edema and subcutaneous blood stasis were found in both upper eyelids of 40 patients.After one month of operation,28 cases of patients with upper eyelid swelling disappeared,12 cases of patients with mild swelling,the operation area blood stasis and edema symptoms tend to subside,patients with upper eyelid skin relaxation symptoms improved significantly.After 3 months of operation,34 cases of upper eyelid swelling disappeared,6 cases of mild swelling.Three months after the operation,20 patients with bilateral upper eyelid skin relaxation improved completely,12 patients improved significantly,and 8 patients got partial improvement.12 patients with lacrimal gland prolapse received surgical treatment for 3 months,the lacrimal gland reduction rate reached 100%.Conclusion The treatment of upper eyelid skin relaxation should be carried out according to the degree of skin relaxation,classification and the original double eyelid situation.The double plane surgery through the eyebrow incision can simultaneously deal with lacrimal gland prolapse,orbital fat and hyperplasia of accessory lacrimal gland.This treatment method has the advantages of easy operation,small operation damage and quick postoperative recovery,so it is worthy of clinical treatment of upper eyelid skin laxity Application and promotion of the method.
