结膜入路整形术治疗下眼袋的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察结膜入路整形术治疗下眼袋的临床疗效与并发症。方法选择本院2019年5月-2020年5月就诊的72名行整形手术的下眼袋患者为研究对象,根据不同的术式进行分组,对照组(36例)实施下睑皮肤入路手术,观察组(36例)采用结膜入路整形术,观察两组的临床疗效及对不良反应的影响。结果观察组的手术指标(手术用时、皮肤外观恢复用时)明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。手术后,观察组的并发症明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组的疗效指标更高(P<0.05)。结论应用结膜入路整形术治疗下眼袋临床效果显著,并发症少,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of conjunctival approach plastic surgery in treatment of lower pouch and its influence on adverse reactions.Methods 72 cases of patients with lower pouch who underwent plastic surgery in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into two groups according to different surgical procedures.The control group(36 cases)underwent lower eyelid skin approach,and the observation group(36 cases)treated with conjunctival approach.Then,the clinical effect and influence on adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Results:The operation indexes(operation time and skin appearance recovery time)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effects of conjunctival approach plastic surgery in treatment of lower eyelid pouch are significant,which can effectively improve the lower eyelid skin relaxation,bloated,orbicularis oculi muscle hypertrophy and other related symptoms,and the adverse reaction index are better,thus it is worth promoting in the clinical.
