医学院校医事法律专业人才培养路径的思考

摘　　要：本文认为我国医事法律专业开设二十年后的现状与预期相比不太乐观,对该专业在学位授予、学习年限、师资队伍、课程设置、实践教学等方面的现状作了分析,并对该专业二十年来人才培养的路径提出了对策建议。This paper argues that the current situation of medical law major in China is not so optimistic compared with the expectation after it has been established for 20 years,analyzes the current situation of medical law major in terms of degree granting,schooling period,teaching staff,curriculum setting and practical teaching,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on talent cultivation path in the past 20 years.
