摘　　要：人造板热压机是生产人造板的重要工具,热压对产品的质量有着重要的影响。在生产过程中,液压系统是热压机的重要组成部分,决定着人造板的生产质量和效益。针对液压系统中出现的各类故障和问题,需要诊断系统提供一定的信息,为用户提供参考。因此,诊断系统的研究工作是十分重要的,不仅有利于提高工作的效率,更有利于提升企业的整体实力。Wood-based panel hot-pressing machine is an important tool in the production of wood-based panel.Hot-pressing has an important effect on the quality of products.In the production process,the hydraulic system is an important part of the hot-pressing machine,which determines the production quality and efficiency of wood-based panel.In view of the various faults and problems in the hydraulic system,it is necessary to provide certain information for the diagnosis system to provide reference for users.Therefore,the research on the diagnostic system is very important,which is not only conducive to improving the work efficiency,but also conducive to enhancing the overall strength of the enterprise.
