摘 要:将主观幸福感作为影响的客体,探讨返乡就业意愿与主观幸福感的关系。通过对184名广东省大学四年级和已毕业的大学生进行调查,表明职场竞争力、政策引导、社会支持3项返乡就业影响因素是返乡就业和异地就业意愿的重要差异影响因素。同时,返乡就业影响因素在返乡就业意愿和主观幸福感的路径中存在调节效应,意愿倾向是否对主观幸福感产生影响,则视具体的返乡就业影响因素而定。因此,社会、学校、个人共建良好的就业环境,才能提升职业决策的满意度,提升主观幸福感。This study takes subjective well-being as the object of influence,and comprehensively discusses the relationship between the intention of employment after returning home and subjective well-being.Based on the survey of 184 college students in Guangdong Province,the results showed that workplace competitiveness,policy guidance and social support three factors were important in choosing employment in their hometown or at other cities.Meanwhile,such factors have an effect of moderating the willingness of employment after returning home and subjective well-being.The impact on subjective well-being depends on the specific factors of influence on the willingness of employment after returning home.Therefore,a good employment environment needs to be built with the help of the society,schools and individuals to improve the satisfaction of career decision-making,and thus enhance the subjective well-being.
