摘　　要：在经济全球化的浪潮下,随着我国电子商务的快速发展,企业之间的竞争日趋激烈。为了在市场竞争中能够脱颖而出,除了过硬的产品质量和健全的内部管理之外,供应链与供应链之间的竞争尤为引人关注。经管类本科专业是培养实用型经管人才的重要输出来源,开设物流与供应链管理课程成为保障复合型精英人才培养质量的有效途径。本文以此为视角,从剖析教学方法改革的必要性谈起,阐述了经管专业物流类课程设置现状,结合教学经验和新时期人才需求特征,提出利用学校特色,改革现有课堂教学模式的具体策略与途径,旨在通过构建新的教学程序全面培养学生创新创业能力。In the wave of economic globalization,with the rapid development of e-commerce in China,the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce.In order to stand out in the market competition,in addition to excellent product quality and sound internal management,the competition between supply chain and supply chain is particularly attracting attention.The undergraduate major of economics and management is an important source of output for training practical talents of economics and management.Setting up the course of logistics and supply chain management has become an effective way to ensure the quality of training compound talents.From this point of view,starting from the analysis of the necessity of the reform of teaching methods,this paper expounds the current situation of the logistics courses for the major of economic management,combining with the teaching experience and the characteristics of the demand for talents in the new era,and puts forward the specific strategies and ways to use the characteristics of the school to reform the existing classroom teaching mode,aiming to comprehensively cultivate the students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability through the construction of new teaching procedures.
