摘　　要：介绍面向对象建模内涵及作用,阐述数据元模型框架体系、信息标准建模方法,以家庭医生签约服务基本数据集标准为例,阐述卫生信息标准开发建模方法具体应用,对相关问题进行讨论,包括不同信息标准类型建模过程关注的重点不同、邀请健康医疗业务领域专家参与、充分应用现有信息标准资源等。The paper introduces the connotation and function of Object-Oriented Modeling(OOM),expounds the data element model framework system and information standard modeling method,takes the basic data set standard of family doctor contract service as an example to elaborate the application of the development and modeling method of health information standards,discusses the relevant issues,including different key points of concern in the modeling process of different information standard types,health care business domain experts should be invited to participate in the modeling process,existing information standard resources should be fully applied,etc.
