摘  要:目的了解2017-2019年广东省多指(趾)并指(趾)的流行情况。方法以广东省出生缺陷监测点2017-2019年分娩的围产儿(孕28周至出生后7天)及产妇作为研究对象,描述性分析多指(趾)并指(趾)的时间及人群分布特征。结果2017-2019年共监测围产儿5 323 817例,检出多指(趾)并指(趾)14 016例,其中多指、多趾、并指、并趾的总检出率分别为17.95/万、3.35/万、4.02/万、3.69/万。单纯多指8 650例,占全部多指的89.59%;单纯多趾1 149例,占全部多趾的64.51%;单纯并指1 393例,占全部并指的65.09%;单纯并趾1 506例,占全部并趾的76.75%。单发畸形中,单纯多指最多,检出8 650例。并发畸形中,多指合并并趾最多,检出451例。多指男女均右侧较多,占比分别为48.10%和46.60%;多趾男女均左侧较多,占比分别为37.89%、36.75%;并指男女均右侧较多,占比分别为42.38%、42.37%;并趾男女均左侧较多,占比分别为38.68%、38.94%(位置记录不详的除外)。多指、多趾、并趾的检出率在不同年龄组间分布均有统计学差异(χ2值分别为25.02、13.89、29.95,均P<0.05)。结论加强对多指(趾)并指(趾)危险因素的研究,倡导在合适的年龄生育及加强出生缺陷防控相关的健康教育,加强多指(趾)并指(趾)活产儿的系统性救治干预。Objective To understand the prevalence of polydactyly and syndactyly from 2017 to 2019 in Guangdong province.Methods Perinatal babies(28 weeks of gestation to 7 days after birth) and mothers who were delivered from 2017 to 2019 at the birth defect monitoring network hospital in Guangdong province were taken as the research objects,and the time and population distribution characteristics of polydactyly and syndactyly were descriptively analyzed.Results From 2017 to 2019,a total of 5 323 817 perinatal infants were monitored,and 14,016 cases of polydactyly and syndactyly were detected,of which the total detection rate of polydactyly(finger),polydactyly(foot),syndactyly(finger) and syndactyly(foot) was 17.95,3.35,4.02,3.69 for every 10,000 births respectively.There were 8650 cases of simple polydactyly(finger),accounting for 89.59% of all polydactyly(finger).There were 1 149 cases of simple polydactyly(foot),accounting for 64.51% of all polydactyly(foot).There were 1393 cases of simple syndactyly(finger),accounting for 65.09% of all syndactyly(finger).There were 1 506 cases of simple syndactyly(foot),accounting for 76.65% of all polydactyly(foot).Among single malformations,simple polydactyly(finger) was the most,8 650 cases were detected.Among the complicated deformities,the number of multiple digits with combined toes was the most,and 451 cases were detected.There were more on the right side for both male and female for polydactyly(finger),accounting for 48.10% and 46.60% respectively.There were on the left side for both male and female for polydactyly(foot),accounting for 37.89% and 36.75% respectively.There were more on the right side for both male and female for syndactyly(finger),accounting for 42.38% and 42.37% respectively. There were on the left side for both male and female for syndactyly(foot),accounting for 38.68% and 38.94% respectively(except those with unknown location records).The detection rate of polydactyly and syndactyly(foot) was statistically different among different age groups(χ~2=25.02,13.89
