协同创新视角下高校体育产业人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：面对我国体育产业进入跨越式的蓬勃发展时期和高质量人才紧缺的社会现状,国家出台了一系列措施对体育产业的发展给予政策指导与支持。高校作为体育产业人才培养的摇篮,面对着新技术、新产业发展的新格局被赋予了新的历史使命与发展内涵,因此,高校需要由内而外打破组织僵化,主动对接政府,与产业企业与科研机构等开展深度合作,发挥各主体间资源优势,构建合作共享、协同创新的人才培养模式,共同培养既具有结实的专业知识与实践技能,又富有创新精神与可持续发展能力的高质量的体育产业人才。文章基于协同创新的视角下,探索构建高校、政府、企业与科研机构等合作共享、协同创新的人才培养模式,实现人才培养的最终目标,以期促进高校体育产业相关专业人才培养多元化、专业化和特色化,推动经济社会的进步与发展。Facing the rapid development of China's sports industry and the current social situation of shortage of high-quality talents,the state has issued a series of measures to give policy guidance and support to the development of sports industry.As the cradle of talent cultivation in sports industry,colleges and universities are faced with the new pattern of new technology and new industry development and are endowed with new historical mission and development connotation.Therefore,colleges and universities need to break organizational rigidity from inside to outside,actively connect with the government,carry out in-depth cooperation with industrial enterprises and scientific research institutions,give full play to the advantages of resources among various subjects,build a talent cultivation mode of cooperation,sharing and collaborative innovation,and jointly cultivate high-quality sports industry talents with solid professional knowledge and practical skills,innovative spirit and sustainable development ability.Based on the perspective of collaborative innovation,this paper explores the construction of University,government,enterprises and scientific research institutions and other cooperation,sharing,collaborative innovation talent training mode,to achieve the ultimate goal of talent training,in order to promote the diversification,specialization and characteristics of talent training of sports industry related majors in colleges and universities,and promote the progress and development of economic society.
