摘 要:为了了解山东省某肉种鸡孵化场死胚中鲍曼不动杆菌的感染情况及其致病性和耐药性,试验对6个不同批次种蛋孵化后随机抽检的174枚啄壳未出壳死胚的卵黄液和胎粪利用4种不同培养基进行了细菌的分离,对分离细菌进行了鲍曼不动杆菌碳氢霉烯酶OXA-51基因的测序鉴定。6个批次各取1株鲍曼不动杆菌分离株进行生化试验、小鼠攻毒试验、药敏试验和同源性分析。结果表明:在174枚死胚的卵黄和胎粪中分离得到鲍曼不动杆菌,分离率分别为9.8%和10.9%。检测的6株鲍曼不动杆菌分离株对氨苄西林、氟苯尼考、林可霉素和阿莫西林均100%耐药,所有菌株均表现为多重耐药现象。6株鲍曼不动杆菌分离株对小鼠均表现出较强的致病性。基于recA基因的序列分析表明,鲍曼不动杆菌分离株同源性存在一定差异。说明鲍曼不动杆菌在死胚中分离率较高,并具有高度耐药性和较强致病性。In order to know the infection status,pathogenicity and drug resistance of Acinectobacter baumannii in dead embryos of a broiler breeder hatchery in Shandong Province,bacteria were separated using 4 different medium from the yolk and meconium of 174 dead embryos that didn’t come out of the shell,which were radomly selected after hatching from 6 different batches of breeding eggs,and they were identified by PCR of the hydrocarbon myelogenase OXA-51 gene.Then each strain of Acinetobacter baumannii from the 6 batches were randomly selected for biochemical test,mouse challenge text,drug sensitivity test and homology analysis.The results showed that Acinetobacter baumannii was isolated from the egg yolk and meconium of 174 chicken embryos,and the isolation rates were 9.8%and 10.9%,respectively.6 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii in the test were 100%resistant to ampicillin,florfenicol,lincomycin and amoxicillin,and all strains showed multi-drug resistance.6 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii showed a strong pathogenicity to mice;Sequence analysis based on recA gene showed that there were some differences in the homology of Acinetobacter baumannii strains.It indicated that Acinetobacter baumannii had a high isolation rate,high drug resistance and strong pathogenicity in dead embryos.
