自粘接水门汀与自酸蚀水门汀粘接剂在纤维桩修复上前牙残冠残根中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究自粘接水门汀(3M Unicem)与自酸蚀水门汀(Panavia F)两种不同粘接剂在纤维桩修复上前牙残冠残根中的应用价值。方法:将2016年3月~2018年2月于医院行纤维桩修复上前牙残根残冠的患者82例(94颗患牙)按纤维桩修复过程中粘接剂使用类型分为3M Unicem组(n=42,49颗患牙)与Panavia F组(n=40,45颗患牙),修复后不同时间均检查修复体完整性、解剖外形、冠边缘密合性、修复体表面、牙龈边缘色泽及牙龈健康状况,评估修复效果;比较修复2年两组纤维桩折断、脱落、根折率。结果:两组修复不同时间冠边缘密合性、修复体完整性、解剖外形、修复体表面、牙龈边缘色泽、牙龈健康合格率均相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组随访期间纤维桩折断、脱落及根折率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3M Unicem自粘接水门汀与Panavia F自酸蚀水门汀粘接剂在纤维桩修复上前牙残冠残根中均有较好的粘接价值,均可达到稳固密合的粘接效果,均可满足上前牙残根残冠修复要求。但前者步骤较后者更简单,更适应于对修复时间要求较高的患者。Objective:To study the application value of 3M Unicem and Panavia F two different cements in the restoration of residual crowns and roots of maxillary anterior teeth with fiber post.Methods:Eighty-two patients(94 affected teeth)who had underwent restoration of residual crowns and roots of maxillary anterior teeth with fiber post in the hospital between March 2016 and February 2018 were divided into 3 M Unicem group(42 cases with 49 affected teeth)and Panavia F group(40 cases with 45 affected teeth)according to the type of cement used during fiber post repair.The restoration integrity,anatomical shape,crown marginal fitness,restoration surface,color of gingival margin and gum health status were examined at different time after restoration,and the restoration effects were evaluated.The breakage,shedding and root fracture rates of the fiber post were compared between the two groups at 2 years after restoration.Results:The two groups had similar crown marginal fitness,restoration integrity,anatomical shape,restoration surface,color of gingival margin and qualification rate of gun health at different time after restoration(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the breakage,shedding or root fracture rate of the fiber post between the two groups during follow-up period(P>0.05).Conclusion:3 M Unicem and Panavia F cements have good bonding effects in the restoration of residual crowns and roots of maxillary anterior teeth with fiber post.Both can achieve a stable and tight bonding effect and meet the requirements of restoration of residual crowns and roots of maxillary anterior teeth.However,the former is easier to operate and more suitable for patients who have high requirements for restoration time.
