摘　　要：城市轨道交通不仅是缓解交通拥堵的重要工具,更是重塑城市空间结构、输出城市优秀文化的有力手段。通过分析城市出行者、政府、城市轨道交通企业三者之间的需求与联系,构建考虑双重声誉的城市轨道交通项目服务水平激励博弈模型,并以福州地铁为例,与仅考虑乘客印象中声誉的激励博弈模型进行比较分析。研究表明:通过引入政府印象中的声誉激励有利于提高企业服务水平努力程度,且当声誉激励高时,风险厌恶特征对企业服务水平努力程度影响较小;2种模型中,乘客印象中的声誉对企业的服务水平努力程度具有正向影响;贴现因子系数越大,即政府对企业服务水平的评估周期越短,则越有利于提高城市轨道交通企业的服务水平努力程度。Urban rail transit is not only a tool to ease traffic congestion,but also an effective means to reshape urban spatial structure and demonstrate urban culture.This paper analyzes the demands and connections among urban commuters,government and urban rail transit operators,and builds an incentive game model for improving the urban rail project service based on double reputation.Taking Fuzhou subway as an example,the new incentive game model is compared with the model considering only reputation in passenger experience.The study shows that the introduction of reputation incentive in the government impression is beneficial to improving service effort,and the characteristics of risk aversion have little influence on the level of service effort when reputation incentive is high.Reputation in passenger impression of the two models has a positive influence on the level of service effort of the urban rail transit operator.The larger the discount factor is,that is,the shorter the evaluation period of the level of service of the urban rail transit operator by the government,the more beneficial it is to improve the effort of the urban rail transit operator.
