齐拉西酮和利培酮治疗精神分裂症的效果研究及药理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨齐拉西酮和利培酮治疗精神分裂症的效果研究及药理分析。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁省大连市第七人民医院接受治疗的80例精神分裂症患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例精神分裂症患者采取利培酮治疗;试验组40例使用齐拉西酮进行治疗精神分裂症。两组精神分裂症患者的治疗时间均为6周。记录两组精神分裂症患者的阳性与阴性精神症状评定量表(PANSS)得分、临床总有效率及生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)各项评分,临床不良反应发生率。结果对照组的PANSS得分明显高于试验组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组精神分裂症患者的临床总有效率,GQOLI-74问卷得分和临床不良反应发生率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论齐拉西酮联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症患者,可以有效提高其生活质量,降低不良反应。Objective To investigate the effi cacy and pharmacological analysis of ziprasidone and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia who were treated at the Dalian Seventh People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into a test group and a control group.The control group 40 patients with schizophrenia took risperidone treatment;40 patients in the test group were treated with ziprasidone for schizophrenia.The treatment time for both groups of patients with schizophrenia was 6 weeks.The scores of the Positive and Negative Mental Symptom Rating Scale(PANSS),clinical total eff ective rate and comprehensive quality of life assessment questionnaire(GQOLI-74)scores of the two groups of schizophrenia patients were recorded,and the incidence of clinical adverse reactions.Results The PANSS score of the control group was signifi cantly higher than that of the test group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the total clinical eff ective rate,the GQOLI-74 questionnaire score and the incidence of clinical adverse reactions of patients with schizophrenia in the test group were better than those of the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ziprasidone combined with risperidone can eff ectively improve the quality of life and reduce adverse reactions in patients with schizophrenia.
