摘　　要：目的探讨不同增敏药物联合放疗治疗恶性肿瘤患者的临床效果。方法采集2015年3月至2016年1月我院收治的100例恶性肿瘤患者,按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组采用增敏药物环氧化酶2型抑制类药物联合放疗治疗,观察组则采用增敏药物HIFI型抑制类药物联合放疗治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组卡氏功能状态量表(KPS)评分、生活质量核心问卷(QLQ-C30)评分变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论增敏药物HIFI型抑制类药物联合放疗治疗恶性肿瘤患者的效果理想。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different sensitizers combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of malignant tumors.Methods From March 2015 to January 2016,100 patients with malignant tumors in our hospital were collected.Randomized number table grouping,the control group adopted sensitizing drug cyclooxygenase 2 inhibitors combined with radiotherapy,the observation group adopted sensitizing drug HIFI inhibitors combined with radiotherapy.Compare the results between two groups.Results The effi cacy of the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the changes of KPS and QOL-C30 scores in observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The eff ect of sensitizing drug HIFI inhibitors combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of malignant tumors is ideal.
