拉莫三嗪结合丙戊酸钠治疗青年难治性部分性癫痫的效果

摘　　要：目的探究拉莫三嗪结合丙戊酸钠治疗青年难治性部分性癫痫的效果。方法选取本院2018年1月至2018年11月收治的青年难治性部分性癫痫患者86例,分为甲组(拉莫三嗪结合丙戊酸钠)和乙组(丙戊酸钠),各43例。治疗半年后开展随访工作,观察治疗总有效率、不良反应发生情况、心理健康评分、下肢运动功能评分、躯体功能评分、总抽动情况评分及治疗前后癫痫部分性发作频率。结果甲组和乙组不良反应发生率分别为11.63%、23.26%,对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。甲组治疗总有效率93.02%,高于乙组的74.42%。甲组心理健康评分及总抽动情况评分均低于乙组,下肢运动功能评分及躯体功能评分高于乙组。治疗后,甲组癫痫部分性发作频率低于乙组和同组治疗前,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拉莫三嗪结合丙戊酸钠治疗青年难治性部分性癫痫的效果显著。Objective To investigate the eff ect of lamotrigine combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of refractory partial epilepsy in young adults.Methods From January 2018 to November 2018,86 young patients with refractory partial seizures were divided into group A(lamotrigine combined with sodium valproate)and group B(sodium valproate)with 43 cases each.After half a year of treatment,the tot al eff ective rate,adverse reactions,mental health score,lower extremity motor function score,somatic function score,total twitching score and partial seizures frequency before and after treatment were observed.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in group A and group B were 11.63%and 23.26%,respectively,and the diff erence was not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05).The total eff ective rate of group A was 93.02%,which was higher than 74.42%of group B.The mental health score and total tics score of group A were lower than group B,and the lower limb motor function score and physical function score were higher than group B.After treatment,the frequency of partial seizures in group A was lower than that in group B and the same group before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Lamotrigine combined with sodium valproate is eff ective in the treatment of refractory partial epilepsy in young patients.
