一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎患者的临床效果,以便为临床治疗工作提供参考的价值。方法选取2017年6月至2018年12月来我院进行治疗的急性牙髓炎患者40例作为观察组,在治疗的过程中所有患者均选择一次性根管治疗方案进行治疗,选择同期来我院进行治疗的另外40例急性牙髓炎患者作为对照组,在治疗的过程中所有患者均选择多次根管治疗方案进行治疗,评价两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组急性牙髓炎治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(100.00%vs.87.50%)(P<0.05);观察组治疗急性牙髓炎不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(12.50%vs.32.50%)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的疼痛评分(VAS)明显比对照组低[(0.8±0.4)分vs.(2.8±1.1)分](P<0.001)。结论与多次根管治疗方案比较,一次性根管治疗方案治疗急性牙髓炎患者临床效果更好,不良反应更少,疼痛程度更轻。Objective To analyze the eff ect of acute pulpitis treated by one-time root canal treatment,so as to provide scientifi c value for clinical treatment.Methods Forty patients with acute pulpitis(observation group)who came to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study,and all patients were treated with a one-time root canal treatment plan during the treatment.Another 40 patients with pulpitis treated in our hospital were set as the control group in this study,and all patients were treated with multiple root canal treatments,and the clinical eff ects of two groups were evaluated after diff erent treatments.Results The total eff ective rate of treatment of acute pulpitis in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(100.00%vs.87.50%)(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of acute pulpitis in the observation group was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group(12.50%vs.32.50%)(P<0.05);the pain score(VAS)of the observation group after treatment was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group[(0.8±0.4)points vs.(2.8±1.1)points](P<0.001).Conclusion Compared with multiple root canal treatments,the one-time root canal treatment has better clinical eff ects in patients with acute pulpitis,with fewer adverse reactions and less pain.
